Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MyTrackRR (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinic or practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What the Service is

MyTrackRR provides inventory, dispensing, and reporting software to help pellet, HRT, and regenerative medicine clinics maintain records in support of DEA Schedule III record-keeping requirements under 21 CFR Part 1304. MyTrackRR is a record-keeping and workflow tool — it does not provide legal or regulatory advice, and using the Service does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law or regulation. You remain responsible for your practice’s compliance.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must hold any licenses (DEA registration, state license, NPI) required to lawfully order, receive, and dispense the products you track in MyTrackRR.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your practice enters into the Service.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Billing

The Service is billed at $129/month flat, with no per-dispense fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. annual billing or partner pricing). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Data ownership and export

You own the inventory, dispensing, and practice data you enter into MyTrackRR. You can export your data at any time, including upon cancellation, subject to any record-retention requirements imposed by law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTrackRR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any regulatory action arising from your practice’s use or misuse of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
