Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

MyTrackRR is inventory and dispensing tracking software for pellet, HRT and regenerative medicine clinics. We do not store patient health information (PHI). We collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, practice name, phone number, DEA and state license numbers.
  • Product and inventory data: lot numbers, quantities, dispensing and reconciliation records related to your practice’s controlled-substance inventory.
  • Billing information, processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Usage and analytics data collected via Google Analytics on our public marketing pages, as described in Section 4.

2. How we use it

We use the information above to operate the MyTrackRR platform, maintain DEA-compliant inventory and dispensing records for your practice, process billing, provide customer support, and improve the product.

3. Third-party service providers

We rely on the following third parties to operate MyTrackRR:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics on our marketing pages.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide their respective service to us, under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our marketing pages (homepage, sign-up, and account-setup pages) use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site, including clicks on call-to-action buttons and whether a visit results in a new account. This does not track you within the authenticated, logged-in application. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s browser opt-out tool.

5. Data retention and security

We retain inventory, dispensing, and account records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet DEA record-keeping obligations (21 CFR Part 1304) after account closure. Data is encrypted in transit and access to your practice’s data is restricted to your account and authorized MyTrackRR personnel.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your account’s data by contacting us, subject to our obligation to retain controlled-substance records as required by law. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard.
